The fascinating thing is how many in the social sector, the people who need to care about their customers, people are keen to create change show the exact opposite mentality. They don’t want to wait, there is very less testing, there is a lack of understanding whether something is creating change.
If one thing I can change, it would be this. Details matter, lets get it right.
