When I work in large organisations, I am looking for people who are committed, people who have figured out that they want to make a difference and people who are looking for that next step.
When I meet people like that person, you know instantly the connection, the ideas match, the suggestions makes sense and they know how to take it forward. They can play the politics and the policies of the organisation to create value.
This week, I met one such person and I am excited to work with that person. I can see the opportunity to make a difference.
